All bookings require 72 hour notice. We have a minimum of $300 for all events.

While we try to accomodate last minute requests, please contact us no less than three full business days prior to your event. After that time, food and menu items may be subject to availability.

When contacting us please let us know:

• Where you are requesting service.

• Guest count.

• Meal starting time.

• Contact information for person on site for event.

We can offer guidance and collaboration on menu items, quantities, and confirmation of all specific details. Our hospitality principles are founded on the client’s health and we will take food sensitivities, allergies and dietary needs into full consideration.

Steps to booking

1 - Fill out the contact form with the above information or send an email directly to hello@propositodesign.org

2 - We will be in touch within 24 hours with confirmation of date and availability as well as a menu order form with specific questions regarding event purpose, dietary needs and quantities.

3 - After we receive the form we will book the event and send final pricing and a request for a 50% deposit.
